All UK and International orders are sent using fully trackable, insured services from Royal Mail. A signature will be required on delivery.
Delivery rates are calculated by the size, weight, value of the order and it's destination.
You will be sent an email notification with the tracking number of your package when your order ships.
Please note that local charges (eg. sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
All purchases of personalised items are final, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your personalised item arrives with a manufacturing issue please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note! You can add personalisation to your item at a later date by using our Post-Purchase Personalisation Service.
NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
We gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Please send the item to the address below using a tracked method. Once we receive your package we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange we will cover the cost of the shipping to you.
