FREE UK POSTAGE on orders over £150
Due to the ongoing coronavirus social distancing measures, we are shipping orders more infrequently. Please be aware that your order may take up to 10 days to ship. If you need your item for a specific date please get in touch and we will do our best to meet your needs.
All UK and International orders are sent using trackable services from Royal Mail. A signature will be required on delivery.
Delivery rates are calculated by the size, weight, value of the order and it's destination.
You will be sent an email notification with the tracking number of your package when your order ships.
Collections
Local collections can be arranged from our Kingston studio (for free), please get in contact when placing your order to arrange.
International Delivery
Please note that local charges (eg. sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
Packaging Sustainability
All items (except bookmarks) will arrive in a cotton dust bag which can be used to store and protect your leather item when not in use. Alternatively please re-use or recycle your dust bag. Bookmarks will arrive wrapped in tissue paper.
All our packaging is free of plastic and fully recyclable; depending on the product(s) purchased we use cardboard boxes, padded paper envelopes, paper tape, tissue paper and paper stickers. Our boxes are made of 75% recycled board. The packaging supplier that we use pledge to plant one tree for every order we place with them. We are continually working on updating all our packaging to make it as sustainable and impact free as possible.
Returns Policy
PERSONALISED ITEMS
All purchases of personalised items are final, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your personalised item arrives with a manufacturing issue please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note! You can add personalisation to your item at a later date by using our Post-Purchase Personalisation Service.
NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
We gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Please send the item to the address below using a tracked method. Once we receive your package we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange we will cover the cost of the shipping to you.
